Equal Housing Opportunity
I will show, list and help you buy or sell any property, in any area, without regard to any protected class. I won't steer anyone toward or away from a neighborhood, and I won't follow a request to discriminate from a buyer, seller, landlord or anyone else.
Federal Fair Housing Act
The federal Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental and financing of housing because of:
- Race
- Color
- Religion
- Sex
- National origin
- Familial status (families with children under 18, pregnant women, and people getting custody of a child)
- Disability
Florida Fair Housing Act
Florida law (section 760.23, Florida Statutes) protects the same groups: race, color, national origin, sex, handicap (disability), familial status and religion. Some Florida cities and counties protect additional groups under local ordinances.
How to file a complaint
With HUD: file a fair housing complaint on hud.gov, or call 1-800-669-9777. Complaints should be filed within one year of the discrimination.
With the Florida Commission on Human Relations: see fchr.myflorida.com/fair-housing for the complaint forms. Florida complaints are also due within one year.

How this site handles it
The pages describe homes, prices, costs, taxes, insurance and the buying process. They don't rank or recommend areas by crime, school quality or who lives there.
Some pages, mainly the Russian-language county pages, show U.S. Census figures such as languages spoken at home or place of birth. These are public statistics shown as information. They are not a recommendation to buy in or avoid any area, and I show homes everywhere to everyone.
Questions about schools, crime or neighborhood makeup are best answered by official sources such as school district sites and local police data, which you can check yourself.
